Anthony Spaelti joined Cota Capital as a Principal in 2025. As a member of the investment team, he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring of private investments. Anthony was the co-founder of CivicBell, a civic technology company. Prior to CivicBell, Anthony was a project leader at McKinsey & Company focusing on digital transformations and growth strategies. Anthony began his career at Notenstein (now Vontobel), a private bank in Switzerland, focusing on structured products and derivative investments.

Anthony received a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
